9:50-10:20 – Tour of the University Archives and Special Collections with SCSU Archivist Tom Steman.

10:30-11:30 – Donor Relations: Building and Maintaining Key Connections with Lori Williamson (Minnesota State Historical Society) and Kathryn Hujda (University of Minnesota Performing Arts Archive).

11:40-12:10 – Business meeting

12:15-12:50 – Tour of the University Archives and Special Collections with SCSU Archivist Tom Steman.

1pm – Lunch at White Horse (Optional, at your own expense)
